Homemade Balsamic Fudge

This balsamic fudge recipe is delicious and so easy! Only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, you just have to have enough self control to wait 3 hours for it to harden before you dig in. Use any of our Chocolate Balsamic flavors: Raspberry, Pure Chocolate, Mocha Almond Fudge, Bittersweet homemade-balsamic-fudge-olives-wild-flagstaff.jpgChocolate Orange or kick it up with our Jalapeno Chocolate!

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 lb bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 T unsalted butter
1/4 Cup your choice of Olives Wild chocolate balsamic
( plus 2 T for brushing on
top of fudge)

  1. Line the bottom and sides of a 8x8x2 pan with aluminum foil so that the fudge can easily be lifted out.
  2. Combine the condensed milk, chopped chocolate and butter in a stainless steel bowl and place in a sauce pan with simmering water.
  3. Melt the chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth. Make sure it doesn't get too hot or the fudge will become grainy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic.
  5. Spread fudge into prepared pan and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  6. Using a brush, add the remaining balsamic on the top and let it sit for another hour or so.
  7. Remove from the pan and enjoy!

Store in the fridge for several days or in the freezer, well wrapped, for several months!
